Hi all. Well here I am sitting back and relaxing after a great workout this morning.

Today was back day. Exercises performed today were lat pulldowns wide grip dumbbell bent over rows bell Bar bent over rowing seated rows t-bar rows single arm lat pull Downs and finish off I also did some straight arm lat pull Downs.

I started the my exercises with a 20 minutes brisk walk to warm the core up and some stretching and then hit another 50 minutes of steady state cardio after my workout looking forward to doing some abs later today

Well I hope everyone is having a great day or going to have a great day and it's full of positivity. Remember to stay strong and stay away from all negativity

SMOKED PORK FILLET WITH CINNAMON ROAST APPLE & SWEET POTATO πŸ”₯

Fancy a little something festive this season but still want to keep clean and within your macro targets? Try this EPIC little number. Quick, simple and tastes so good you'll quickly forget about cravings. This kicks serious ass and is staying in my prep arsenal for this year without a doubt!
Protein: 50g, Carbs: 60g, Fats: 7-10g

Ingredients: - 200g Extra-Lean Pork Mince - 200g Sweet Potato - 2 x Medium Apples (cubed)
- Cinnamon - Smoked Sea Salt - Cooking Spray
Method:

1. Spray a nonstick pan with cooking spray and heat over a moderate heat. Add the apples and cook, stirring, until softened.
2. Add the pork mince and cook until cooked through
3. Pierce sweet potato several times and microwave in a microwaveble container (covered - retains moisture) for 6-8 minutes depending on microwave strength.
4. Add all together in a bowl, stir through cinnamon (1tsp is adequate but add more or less as needed) and sprinkle smoked salt on top.
There are more elaborate ways to cook this such as roasting the apples and sweet potatoes but in the interests of time I've included the path of least resistance. Give it a go!
