HOW DO INSTRUCTORS SURVIVE ALL THOSE HOURS OF TRAINING AND THEN TRAIN THEMSELVES TOO??
I obviously don't know if other instructors struggle, and maybe feel sometimes too tired to work out... But I definitely know that doing many hours a week of classes does take the energy and your body sometimes feel so so exhausted that you want to stay in bed
I bet there is many others professions too, that physical job is just killing your body... ___
How do we do all of the classes and still find energy to train ourselfs?
It's nutrition!!! I mean who don't like food??
If not good choices of food, I would either starve and feel drained all day, or feel too full and heavy to do any exercises. Think also about all the vitamins that we need and that is provided with amazing fruits, veggies. Definitely, eating a portion of carbs helps keeping my brain active and my muscles recover quicker. Fats are helping in enzymes and hormones production- so important especially for ladies.
Proteins help me rebuild all the cells,
Calcium keep me away from injuries.
Vit D keeps my bones healthy and my energy levels up. Iron, zinc, potassium, vit B, C, K..... They all needed, highly appreciated and really effective to keep myself on top of the game!! ___________
You might not be instructor but you still need all those nutrients to help you with daily tasks and jobs.
If you don't care about fuel you put in your body, you gonna have a rusty engine, no oil to run smoothly, you will end up with flat tyres and just no energy ⛮
