Be sure to check out my helpful tips below before you start! ⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️ ⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️ 🍑Tip 1: Pay attention to the placement of my arms in the different exercises. 🍑Tip 2: Notice what I’m working and on the second round do the opposite. 🍑Sense, feel and visualize you glutes as “la piece de resistance” of your core and posture! 🍑Tip 3: Some of the exercises require you to stretch and free your hips, allow the glutes to be your anchor and your abs to power your movement. 🍑Tip 4: It’s important to activate you core by drawing in your belly button in towards your spine. This way not only is your spine supported nicely but you’ll be working your abs too. 🍑Tip 5: I am using 1kg ankle weights. Do not use ankle weights until you can perform all the reps, on both sides of your body, with proper form and activation.
