My Story.... well I’ve been a bit of a yo-yo dieter since 2015, I have always been self conscious about my self image ♀️I’ve tried hundreds of diets... from Military, Herbalife, JuicePlus and all the rest of them but I’ve never been able to maintain the weight off with any of them. I have done Slimming World before and got down to the smallest I have been in years but then I allowed my emotions to get the better of me, suffered a major spout of depression... then I got better... I was happy but I was then at my biggest 14st 1lbs swipe left.. that’s when I married my Husband in October 2017.. then soon after our wedding I was broken due to marital stresses I went the complete opposite way, starved myself... deprived my body of anything and everything in order to become slim.. swipe left again... I’ve not been that small for a while... I chose to forgive and we’ve started to move on into happiness.. we are stronger now, a lot stronger.. The main photo of “My Story” is where I am currently at... not incredibly overweight but I am still not happy so I’m re-signing myself up to a fresh journey of Slimming World.. completely from the beginning in the hopes that I am going to spend less time being so negative about myself and start to love myself again... right now I’ll be honest.. as I’ve been very honest above.. I’ve lost myself and need to pick myself up again. It's Monday! Start of a new week and always a fresh start on the SW wagon. I take this journey a week at a time, and any little slip ups the week before have a line drawn under them on Monday. It's a good feeling to have a fresh start every week. -
