Training postpartum is all around us. Once postpartum, always postpartum. As we train we should be doing exercise routines that are beneficial and are going to help us see the best results possible. Experiencing a weak core, peeing yourself with every jump, sneeze and even squat doesn’t need to be uncomfortable forever.
