JUMBO 🦐🦀🦐 Before one year ago I even never didn't see them in my life. What kind of sea foods is it? So during one year I was going to the fish market and was just looking on them, was really curios but scary to cook them. 🙈🙊 And finally voilà 😀 I decided to try.. So : Ingredients for 1 portion: Jumbo: 200 gr - this name used to be in Turkey Prawns: 200 gr Butter 30 gr Garlic 10 gr Salt by taste Bay leaf Mint leaf Lemon
Recipe: Boil a water. Cook a jumbo in salt boiled water with bay leaf during 5 min. Prawns fry in a pan 7 min, then add to them a jumbo, butter, garlic, salt and fry 3 min more. Serve with a lemon and mint leaf. For my opinion the taste of Jumbo is more close to a crabs taste then to a prawns, jumbo meat is so soft. Nice to know something new 💃
Crumbelina and I crushed some delicious cajun-garlic-lemon-pepper shrimp, dungeness, softshell, and gumbo. Oh, and lemon pepper fries. Next best thing to New England seafood. Here are some photos of the aftermath!

🍑 She THICC or watevuh. 🍑 The waiter felt the need to give us a disclaimer about how thick and spicy this miche was. She was definitely right but the consistency wasn’t what we expected. The mix was a bit lumpy and it had more of a cajun-y taste rather than the usual miche spice. Overall we did enjoy the flavor and it was an interesting miche, different to what we’ve tasted before. HOME MADE!!! Cooked @boilingcrab inspired sha bang sauce Cajun shrimp 🦐 🤗 once you have all ingredients, it’s so easy to make! And also it’s still #keto ! ケイジャンシュリンプ、作ってみました。まさか私がソウルフード作るとは！笑 これ、私が大好きなボイリングクラブというお店の真似をして作ってみたんです！ただ材料が多すぎて日本ではなかなか作るの難しいかも笑 スパイスの量がハンパない。 最高に美味でした。ちなみに #糖質制限 なので、一応ダイエットフードです🤗
