Simple collard wrap for dinner tonight - baked cod, purple cabbage (my favorite for salads and wraps, also great sautéed with eggs and ), arugula, avocado, fresh ginger and turmeric for an extra anti-inflammatory punch! I’ve been trying to incorporate fresh chopped ginger in as many meals as possible, ginger is so great for digestion, immune health, and decreases inflammation. Ginger is great in smoothies for a little extra spice too! •
And my taco Tuesday tip - switch up your corn or flour tortillas (inflammation no-no’s) for a coconut flour tortillas or collard wrap!
