I hoped I would be back to full strength on here as soon as I had submitted my thesis - which was last Friday - but no such luck. As mentioned, we recently got offered a flat, and we are moving in just ten days. I've had a total of three weeks to prepare for this (which, if you didn't know, is not quite enough to not go a little crazy). Everything is a bit messy, I have a lot to do before then, and I am also working and sending out resumes as often as I can. It all adds up to a tired Nat, who starts crying out of nowhere about absolutely nothing. (Yes, I'm open about crying, it has helped me a lot through the years - also, a good cry is a major stress reliever). So, just thought I'd update you guys on my situation!
I'm still trying to keep up with you all as much as I can and to post once in a while, but if you've noticed some silence on my part, the above explains it
Anyway, happier thoughts! As we are about halfway through the year, I thought I would post my favourite reads until now. These are my five-star reads so far this year (that aren't rereads) - three might not seem like a lot, but I'm very picky when it comes to giving out five stars. Have plenty of four-star reads though! Actually, there is a Danish short story collection included in this, too, but it was a store copy and thus I didn't have it when I took this photo.
What have been some of your five-star reads this year, so far?
Happy almost weekend, loves!
- Have a great day! :D
