The sissy squat is great as it totally focuses on the quads and eliminates all other muscles from the movement. Along with developing your quads, this exercise will help develop your balance and even your core strength.

Each woman here has a different background, body type and skin color. However, we have set our goals, and we daily encourage each other to meet them. Without realistic encouragement (you know those who can give tough love) then we drown in the negative self talk of what could have been. .
