Boredom defines who we are.♂️
Think about it...when we’re bored. What goes down?
🥡 Chow down on some left overs.
Is it nighttime? Maybe have that extra drink?
If you had a smoking problem, being bored certainly won’t help that!
But one reality that needs to set in is the realization that boredom happens. Boredom can be avoided somewhat, but to logically say we should always stay busy is a slippery slope all it’s own.
🥡With food though...this is something we ALL can relate to finding ourselves in a pickle with(no pun intended). We’re bored so let’s dabble with some chips, crackers, or like I mentioned earlier...some questionable left overs!
Magic tip of the day. Think for 20 minutes...do I REALLY want this? If in 20 minutes, if you still want some, have a small helping. Remember, too much of anything is most likely not the greatest strategy. <
