Brunched hard by myself on my patio on this toast after an intense yoga sesh on a day off of mine a few weeks ago when I made this. Best part was it was prepared in less than 10 mins and if I bought this out I probably would’ve had to pay like 15 bucks??? I could make 500 of these toasts for 15 bucks, and they probably wouldn’t let me in a restaurant all sweaty in a sports bra anyway. #ballinonabudget
Recipe; garlic arugula basil mozz toast: sautee handful of arugula with olive oil and chopped garlic. Top on toast. Top w fresh mozz, heirloom tomatoes, fresh basil, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, s&p.
Avo toast: sliced avocado, red pepper flakes, heirloom tomatoes, s&p.
2 over organic eggs cooked in a sauté pan side by side w soy butter, flip after 5 mins, enjoy w your tasty toast.
