Looking like one happy fighter! Being restricted from my usual routines has been tough, physically and mentally. But as my injuries start to heal I need to take a little extra care of them. This @kttape is amaaziiing!! Feels so secure and it looks pretty cool! Plus my specialized insole cut to fit inside my @adidasboxingshoes from @fleetfeetchicago have been a life changer. One thing I have learned as an athlete is too listen to your body and protect it! I've learned the hard way, so you don't have to 😅.

Hãy dành ra 3 giờ để tập võ.
Chăm tập võ, mọi điều tốt đẹp sẽ tự nhiên đến.

Một tuần dành ra 3 giờ tập võ, 2-4-6 hoặc 3-5-7, mỗi ngày 1 tiếng thôi. Sau 1 năm nhìn lại, sẽ thấy thể trạng bản thân tiến bộ. Body, thể lực, da dẻ đều vượt trội so với các chị em đồng trang lứa. Trao đổi chất tốt hơn, da đẹp hơn. Quan trọng là đẹp từ cái nội lực bên trong, khoẻ từng tế bào.
Trong mắt đàn ông, hấp dẫn nhất luôn là người phụ nữ khoẻ từ bên trong. Còn một khi đã yếu đuối nhợt nhạt, dù có dùng các biện pháp che đậy cũng không thể hấp dẫn có chiều sâu.

Một tuần có 168 giờ. Dành ra 3 giờ để nâng cấp cơ thể.

Hãy tập võ 3 giờ/tuần.
