🌜Night time 🌛
Night time can be a nightmare. Its either you who’s the one who can’t sleep ( dreading going to bed because all your going to end up doing is laying there wide awake🙄🙈. Your eyes staring at the ceiling while your mind is racing through the day of what you got done💪, what you didn’t, and then what you have to get done tomorrow😪😓. Plus you go through all the conversations you had… was that okay, was that so inappropriate, did i survive this day without making a total fool out of myself😮😓? Am i a good mom🙈? Am i a good wife? Am i a good friend?) or maybe its your kids ( the chaos of the day has them revel up and so they're to awake to sleep, or maybe their nap time wasn’t at the right time😖, or someone gave them some sugar and so they are hyper😣… or maybe they just struggle with falling asleep😔?). Then maybe you actually are able to fall asleep, you end up waking up and only end up getting 4 or 5 hours of sleep (IF YOURE LUCKY!😫🙄😣😓).
Ive struggled with sleep so here are some defuser blends that you can try out.
- 3 Drops Lavender + 1 Bergamot+ 2 Dream Catcher + 1 Vetiver
- 3 Drops of Lavender + 2 Drops Frankincense + 1 Drop Lemon
- 4 Drops Lavender, 2 Drops Bergamot, 1 Frankincense
- 3 Drops Lavender+ 1 Drop Bergamot + 2 Cedarwood
