Those of you who trained with me or followed my pole journey probably know that I stopped doing the sleeping beauty layback after bellyflopping off the pole and got sent to the hospital once when training. I finally had the courage to revisit it today and transitioned into #brassmonkey on my own. Also tried the #shouldermount version of entry although I can already foresee the bruises I’ll have tomorrow morning...
It's been a while since I've trained my upperbody using gym equipment. I usually get all I need, size and tone, from #polefitness.
The development would be so quick that I'd have to stay off the pole, well actually MalBat orders, when giving classes.
I loved it though, it's working out without working out
I'd do a few straight extended leg climb ups, hanging arm pumps, upside down bracket holds, brass monkeys and straight legged pencils and be good to go.
Pole is on break this time around sooooo back to the regular way it is 2 plates used to be done with ease now ppfff, 1 plate struggle lol
