⚡️100 ml de beguda vegetal (o llet sencera)🥛
⚡️5-6 cullerades de farina integral
⚡️“toppings” al gust; en aquest cas: Maduixes🍓Xocolata 85% 🍫i Nous 🥜
Procediment:
▪️Tritura-ho tot (si queda massa espès, afegeix una mica de llet, si queda massa líquid, afegeix una mica més de farina)
▪️Coure-ho a la paella (fent rodonetes de mida al gust). Quan es comenci a inflar (es veuen unes bombolletes), donar-li la volta

I love to have fruit in the morning and avoid having them in the evening / night because of it’s high sugar content! I mixed in bell peppers, onion, crimini mushrooms, and spinach with the eggs, and topped off with hemp hearts 🌟 With a side of homemade jam on whole wheat toast! I always read the ingredients on the food I purchase and if I notice anything not to my liking, I won’t purchase it. I especially look out for high fructose corn syrup bc it has a TON of fructose, way too much sugar, and chemical toxins. 🙅🏽‍♀️🙅🏽‍♀️🙅🏽‍♀️ #vegetarian #breakfast #breakfastinspo #breakfastideas

Myth: You have to cut out certain food groups to lose weight.

"STRAWBERRY, MINT & BEETROOT SMOOTHIE BOWL 🌿🍓🌙 whaaaaat? so tbh I am NOT a beets kinda gal, but Ive been trying to find sneaky ways of incorporating them to reap the beautiful benefits! This breakfast was a dream come truuuuuuu. ☺️ Smoothie bowl Ingredients: -1 ripe organic banana
-2 handfuls frozen sliced strawberries
-1/3 handful of fresh organic mint leaves
-1 tsp organic beetroot powder (equivalent to one whole beet!)
-1/2 tsp Maca root powder
-full fat organic Coconut milk
-splash of coconut water
-dash a’ cinnamon

Blended together until creamy, starting with less liquid then adding more depending on desired consistency. I topped mine with Goji berries from @botanicahealth, Hemp Hearts, shredded organic coconut, Cacao nibs and more mint. Perfect for summer! Hope you enjoyyyy! ✨🍓🌿🌙"

Who loves peanut butter as much as I do?? This peanut butter shake is heaven!! 😍 it’s vegan and full of protein 👌🏻 And super easy to make!! Almond milk (I froze it for about an hour), frozen banana, peanut butter (or peanut butter powder for a low-fat version), 1 scoop of vegan protein - I use vanilla one from @22daysnutrition, its organic, vegan and soy-free with protein delivered from peas, flaxseed and sacha inchi 👌🏻😍 Blend it all together and enjoy! .

Кто спрашивал рецепт арахисового шейка?😍 #olya_cooks_vegetarian Арахисовая паста - любимый продукт американцев, и как-то на занятиях музыкой одна из мам сказала, что собирается поехать в кафе за арахисовым коктейлем, который она обожает. Я загорелась 😍 Но в том кафе покупать не хотела, оно такое а-ля Макдоналдс, где все с таким количеством сахара, что в горле першит 😅 Решила сделать сама, да так, чтобы не только вкусно, но и полезно ☺️ Итак, я бросила в блендер замороженные бананы, добавила миндальное молоко (можно любое), арахисовое масло (кстати, есть порошок арахисового масла, и там калорий на 90% меньше! Сплошной протеин😉). Плюс я сделала это протеиновым напитком, добавив веганский протеин 22 Days - кто виртуально был со мной в магазине, тот помнит! Это веганский, органик протеин из гороха, льняного семени и сача инча (арахис инков), в США очень популярен.
Вообще вариаций коктейля может быть много, основа - молоко, замороженный банан и арахисовая паста. Можно добавить какао или шоколадное мороженое 👌🏻😍

🍃☕️ Algo que disfruto mucho es el desayuno. Siento que es como el mejor momento de mi día. Me gusta sentarme con calma y disfrutarlo sin afán. Últimamente no tengo mucho tiempo en las mañanas y al final siempre estoy comiendo rapidísimo ( por que eso si no importa el afán siempre me desayuno).
Me di cuenta que esto me hacía mucha falta, poder disfrutar mi desayuno y darme mi tiempo. Darse esos gustos que nos hacen felices es muy importante, por eso decidí volver a tener mi amado desayuno, disfrutando, sin afán de armar algo lindo y comer a la velocidad que me gusta 😂, los que me conocen saben que como muy lento 🤷🏻‍♀️.
En fin sólo quería compartir estos pequeños cambios que hacen que nuestro día sea mejor. He estado viviendo varios cambios y teniendo que acostumbrarme a nuevas rutinas. Pero esto no quiere decir que debemos dejar de hacer lo que más nos gusta ( esto es algo de lo que me tengo que acordar todos los días). •

Mi desayuno después de mi ejercicio: 2 tajadas de sprouted bread @foodforlifebaking , aguacate 🥑, huevos revueltos, semillas de girasol y nutritional yeast @traderjoeslist y obvio café con un poco de leche de almendras. Feliz Martes!

I’ve been eating allllllll the things while we’ve been on vacation and ya know what? I don’t feel guilty about it. Today’s breakfast was a yogurt parfait. And it was exactly “parfait”, which means perfect in French. This quick and easy breakfast combines protein, carbs and healthy fats which is what makes up a balanced breakfast. Choosing a plain Greek yogurt gives you extra protein to help give you satisfaction and fullness. This is just an example of a great breakfast on the go. I picked up this parfait from a cafe and it was just 👌🏻

Starting this beautiful and sunny day with a creamy green smoothie ☀️💚 We are definitely creatures of habit and lately smoothies have been our go to breakfast! Here’s what we used.
1 banana
1 cup preferred milk (we used unsweetened vanilla almond milk)
1 scoop vanilla whey isolate protein powder
A big handful of frozen spinach
1/3 avocado
1/2 tsp of cinnamon
Small handful of unsweetened shredded coconut
4 ice cubes
Toppings: more coconut, cinnamon, chia seeds!
The avocado makes this smoothie so creamy and also adds some satiating healthy fats to your meal! Tbh were not the ones to eat tons of veggies at breakfast. It just isn’t what we want when we wake up 🤷🏼‍♀️ So sneaking in lots of spinach to our smoothies is a great way to get greens at every meal! #neRD2be

Happy Tuesday! It's been so long since I've posted. This summer has been crazy 😜 BUT I'm not sure if there's a better way to break the silence than AVOCADO TOAST 🥑🍞••this is an English muffin + avocado + fried egg + cheese + bacon. Feel free to use turkey bacon or even no bacon for a less fattening version (but also ya know, #treatyoself), it will still be SO good. Season your egg and avocado however makes you happy. And then ENJOY! Would recommend enjoying this gorgeous meal with an equally gorgeous view (hello @blueridgega). PS: happy emoji day 😉🥓🧀🍳💛😋

Spirulina #smoothie on repeat in this house lately! It's packed with micronutrients and healthy fats and tastes delicious sipped through a straw or served in a bowl with toppings 😋. Bodhi has been loving it too!

I've been adding #blackstrapmolasses and #spirulina to my smoothies lately for an added iron boost. Did you know that just 1 tablespoon of molasses provides 20% of the daily recommended value for iron?! Spirulina is even more impressive, boasting 30% DV of iron per teaspoon, plus a ton of antioxidants, vitamins K and B12, and more! 😮 Adding molasses and spirulina to a fruit smoothie is perfect because the vitamin C from the fruit improves iron absorption👌. It also masks the flavors if you aren't a huge fan of the taste of molasses and spirulina.

The recipe I've been using lately:
1 ripe banana
1 handful frozen berries
1/4 cup (approximately) almond milk
2 tablespoons #hemp protein
1 tablespoon almond butter
1/2 tablespoon blackstrap molasses (look for unsulphured)
1 teaspoon #spirulina
Optional: 1 medjool date
Blend in a high speed blender until smooth, adding more almond milk if a thinner consistency is desired

That recipe calls for 2 bananas, but I've been enjoying having just 1 banana. The recipe also doesn't include the molasses since I've only been doing that recently, but either way it's a great smoothie! 😊

Chickpeas in my porridge this morning. It's my new favourite thing! ❤️Trust me, its not as wierd as you think. Lots of cultures eat pulses for breakfast, I've just combined them. 😄

GF oats, 2 tsp (tinned) chickpeas, sprinkle of maize cous cous and coconut flakes all cooked together with milk and a big pinch of cinnamon. A yummy mix of textures and flavours. The chickpeas go all creamy, the maize cous cous adds a little bite and the coconut chew and crunch. The oats bind it all together and the cinnamon adds a warming spice. I love a mix of textures in my food. Hearty and extra protein packed. Don't knock it till you've tried it. 😋

This breakfast is perfect for all of you chocolate lovers! It’s dairy free which makes this meal 💯 times better.The reason why I use Cacao Powder instead of Cocoa Powder is because it is less processed and has more antioxidants. I topped mine with dairy free yogurt and cranberries, but you can add any toppings!🍫
➿Chocolate Cranberry Oatmeal
〰️1 cup Old Fashioned Oats
〰️1 Tbsp Cacao Powder
〰️1 Tsp Stevia
〰️1/4 Tsp Vanilla Extract
〰️A little over 1/2 Cup Almond Milk
〰️Add as much yogurt and fruit you like

Add all ingredients but the yogurt and cranberries in a small sauce pan and place on stove. Stir until the oatmeal is thick and place in a bowl to eat! You can add any toppings like strawberries or cherries!🍓🍒This breakfast is so quick to make. You can even make overnight oats using this recipe to avoid using your stove!
