A simple breakfast full of flavour and goodness. Avocado toast has become a mainstay of modern recipes, being not only incredibly popular amongst the vegan community, but also omnivores too. Ingredients: 1 Ripe Avocado 1-2 Cloves of Garlic 1 tsp Lemon Juice 1/4 tsp Chili Flakes Pinch of Salt and Pepper Method: 1. Safely remove the avocado seed. Scoop out the flesh into a small bowl. 2. Chop the garlic, add to the bowl along with the remaining ingredients. 3. Mash together. 4. Spread onto your favourite toasted bread. Tips: *Experiment with flavours. Occasionally I like to add a hint of paprika to the avocado. *Kimchi is the perfect topping for avocado toast.
