The more close up work we do, the more potential we have for increasing the progression of near sightedness. Due to an increased level of near point demand (computers, gaming etc), there is much greater strain on the eye muscles than ever before. Generally, do yourself a favor and limit your screen time. If you can't limit screen time, wear blue light filtering lenses to block the light being emitted from your digital devices.
