I sometimes do intermittent fasting doing keto. When I started back with my keto journey a few weeks ago, it was taking forever to get back to fat adapted so I did IMFand it worked! Last night I had drinks and dinner and dessert with friends, and it was amazing This morning my tummy wasn’t pleased. So, while making my breakfast I was trying to chose things that would help. I ended up with this
•Chia seeds (soaked)
•Sunflower seed butter
I was thinking “Yeah, just add every seed you have... that will fix everything”
A bit of a late post for this morning's breakfast, but had to share this one with you because of how simple and tasty it was! Really basic - just @goodgrain_uk Wholewheat puffs (not sugary cereal!) with a couple of spoonfuls of high protein Skyr, topped with fresh blackberries, mixed seeds and a little drizzle of honey. I really fancied a change for breakfast and this was definitely the refreshing bowl that I needed!
