Latte macro hack that still tastes appetizing and not like a bowl of dicks
You’ve probably seen the calories in a frozen mocha matcha “skinny” magical health drink at Starbucks, but if ya haven’t, here me out.
A caramel macchiato has 250 calories, 7F/35C/10P.
A white chocolate mocha has 360 calories, 11F/53C/14P.
An iced vanilla latte has 190 calories, 4F/30C/7P.
If you have goals regarding fitness and nutrition, having one of these drinks can add up, and probably affect your progress if you’re not aware of how many calories are in them. Not to mention, I could drink one of these in the matter of 5 seconds. #notfilling
