It is that time of year again, the season of fasting( #Ramadan) – the holy month for we Muslims all over the world. we fast for 30 days from sunrise (suhoor) to sunset (iftar.) As a trainer, my fitness is not just important to me, it is vital. Therefore i have to find a way to keep fit during ramadan. Like the many Muslim personal trainers, fitness enthusiasts and sports people around the world, I continue to train myself and I continue to train other people while I’m fasting.
It is a little bit hard, but it can actually be done. Much of the battle is mental, but training smart and eating right helps you achieve it.
My aim is to gain muscle during this fasting, although it is harder than just keeping fit, knowing fully well that I need to eat more foods to gain more muscle, but I can achieve it. "WHAT A MAN THINKETH, he can achieve." you like to know how to keep fit during #ramadan, just DM me (#THECOACH).
