Auf Wiedersehen, Berlin.
It's over. After one and a half year, it's time to switch city again.
Berlin for me was the city of beers, laughs, drunk Saturday evenings. Days of pizza and politics, of gossip and friendships, of afternoons at Treptower Park enjoying the sun. Times spent hating sickness and hating the weather, as loving nice days because of nice evenings at the Spree. But also serious times, spent with people having as a goal the deepening of European Integration, or the wellness of Italian citizens. Memories of Sitting in Tempelhof talking about all and nothing, the favourite restaurant in Friedrichstrasse and the Campus in Dahlem, as also the amazing campus in Lankwitz which I will never forget. Berlin as synonym of family, Sundays spent with my grandparents in Hermsdorf. Remembering falling in love in the German capital, and suddenly understand that not everything is at it seems. Growing friendships that cannot fall apart with distance, this has also been part of my life here. I never felt as a University student because of the particularity of my master program, but the times taking coffee after coffee in order to survive the classes is also a memory of mine. Memories of organizating political events or simply sitting on the grass with party friends and discussing Italian situation.
One and a half year: four internships, one job, one master degree, two political parties, one gym, many parties, international environments but also home environment - Italy. This, and much more, has been part of my life in Germany. And will always been one beautiful chapter of it. #trasloco #italiangirl #germany #backtotrento #trentinowow #trentinosüdtirol #trentinodavivere #trentinodascoprire #germanytime #byeberlin #travelholic #travelguide #travelblogger
