Can you feel where you’re holding tension? Scan through your body. Common places are the buttocks or the hips, the hands, the shoulders, or the jaw.
Wherever and whenever you feel tension, breath in, breathe out... breathe out deeply, let that shit go 🙏🏻 My 'worst' one is probably my jaw, followed by my hips ;)
After sitting almost 6hrs in the car yesterday, i felt so tight and stiff this morning... honestly, it had been a long time, since I felt that unbalanced. How did I do this before... commuting for so many years!?
