The Pause Collective is more than just a magazine. It’s a deep inquiry into what it means to be human, how we can inhabit our lives more fully, more wholeheartedly, how to live well and in connection to the world and community around us, and how to embody a new story of the world – one centred around empathy, compassion and heart.
The Pause Collective is a place to explore the space between our inner and outer worlds, the relationship that exists between our spiritual practices and social change. We publish personal commentaries and reflections, photo essays, video content and interviews – original, insightful, bold and heart-filled pieces. Think slow living; social good; empathic activism; mindfulness; spiritual inquiry; community building; resilience; vulnerability; better ways of working, living, playing; connection to ourselves, our communities, the environment; new and ancient forms of healing.
