A beautiful name @musicandmountains1 and beautiful place at the same time Their menu is more inclined towards non veg dishes, but still the veg menu is really good I am not a big fan of calzones but this place has such good calzones. I tried Italian tomato and melted mozzarella cheese calzone. I would rate it 5/5
Housewife in training. Practicing with my dad until I have a husband someday. Cooking some teriyaki yakisoba and pepperoni calzone microwave food realness. Someday I'll learn how to cook actual meals. We all have to start somewhere! 😅 My dad said I'll be a great wife and mother someday, which is super sweet haha. 😊 . . . . . . . . .
Following up our last post on #pizzafritta, we received several inquiries about the difference with #Calzone.
They are both from the Napolitan tradition; calzone means "trousers". The difference between the two is the cooking method: calzone is baked in a brick oven just like a pizza, pizzafritta is deep-fried in 180 C° oil.
The filling is left to the choice of the pizza-calzone maker, so it might vary from place to place. @psayako photo credits.
