After 15 years or #anti-depressants, I’ve completed come off of them in Dec. 2017! I was introduced to ketones in June 2016. no longer will be running on glucose gels, beans and blocks for my sustained #energy during a long #run..or short for that. I merely drink my KETONE Max in the morning, eat some bacon and carry a few almonds (just in case). My ketones kick in and burn fat for energy rather than relying on the carb shots. Now, I burn fat for my fuel AND I'm losing those unwanted inches. .
