💫A goal without a plan is just a wish💫

So I've talked about the meal plan im going to follow while bulking is @dwayne_therockj
meal plan but I never showed what that entailed. I said to myself "self how can you clean bulk without gaining more belly fat and who could you follow? The first person that popped in my mind is Dwayne Johnson. I takes no thought in mind to dirty bulk. Anyone can do that. Spend a day away McDonalds and you are at your daily calorie intake in less than 30 minutes. However is that smart no. With my genetics I definetly can't afford that so this is my choice. I attempted his meal plan for the first time yesterday and I have never intentionally eaten so much in 6 meals. I was so tired of eating!! This isn't his meal plan to the "t" because he is rich and I am not but it is close. It is crazy the amount of daily energy I have. I can't wait to see the gains over the next 5 weeks.

Thursdays Food

After the mammoth Ab/Leg Workout I was STARVING!
So treated myself to a high protein low fat breakfast!

Chicken chipolatas, bacon medallions, poached free range eggs, weightwatchers malted brown bread roasted and (sugar free) baked beans!
I’m the evening I was rather naughty and indulged in the pastry lid with my homemade chicken and mushroom pie so a little naughty on the fats but includes your 5 a day in 1 portion!
Not enough cals but I’m slowly managing to increase them again in order to regain that muscle strength!

⚠️ Ten en cuenta que estos ejemplos son ORIENTATIVOS, no es una ciencia exacta y hay muchísimos factores a tener en cuenta ya que cada persona es un mundo!​

📋 Antes de empezar, necesitas tener la siguiente información: tu peso, idealmente tu % de grasa corporal, tu objetivo y las kcal que debes consumir según tu objetivo. En post anteriores puedes aprender a calcular tus kcal de mantenimiento, definición o volumen.​
.
⬇️ Paso a los ejemplos:​
.
EJEMPLO 1️⃣. Marcos quiere ganar masa muscular y entrena duro 5 días a la semana, así que necesita una cantidad de proteínas y de carbohidratos más elevada.
.
La proteínas y los carbohidratos son anabólicos y son necesarios en mayores cantidades si se pretende construir tejido nuevo (ganar masa muscular).
.
Además, con una actividad física tan demandante como la de Marcos, el consumo elevado de carbohidratos está justificado.
.
EJEMPLO 2️⃣. Ramón tiene sobrepeso y un % de grasa demasiado alto. Para reducir su % de grasa está en un déficit calórico.
.
En etapas de déficit calórico conviene elevar el consumo de proteína porque es más saciante (y facilita mantener el déficit calórico) y porque contribuye a preservar la masa muscular que pueda existir.
.
En cuanto a los carbohidratos, Ramón no debe consumir demasiados, ya que con un % de grasa tan alto es muy probable que tenga algún desajuste hormonal (muy habitual si existe sobrepeso u obesidad) y no pueda metabolizarlos correctamente. Además, los carbohidratos proporcionan energía y Ramón no es demasiado activo.
.
EJEMPLO 3️⃣. Olga tiene un peso y % de grasa saludable y no tiene ningún objetivo estético ni deportivo.
.
Olga no necesita elevar la ingesta de ningún macronutriente en particular, con un consumo medio de los tres es suficiente en sus circunstancias.

Potsticker Filling
1 small to medium onion, diced
3 stalks celery, diced
2 carrots , grated
1 small finger ginger, minced
2 Cloves garlic, chopped fine
3-5 mushrooms diced
1 cup each red and green cabbage shredded
1 bag bean sprouts, rinsed well
1 container med tofu, quick fry in slabs with a bit of Bragg Seasoning, chopped small after cooked
Vegan friendly won ton wrappers (I bought mine)

How to make
1. Start with a medium hot pan
2. Dry sauté the onions, add a bit of veggie broth if sticking, cook till transparent
3. Add in celery, garlic, ginger, carrots and mushrooms, cook mushrooms down
4. Add in your precooked tofu, mix in
5. Add in fresh bean sprouts, cook down
6. Taste, add salt and pepper if required
7. Fill won ton wrappers, be sure to seal edges completely.
8. Sauté or steam your choice.
9. Serve with dipping sauce
