Calisthenics circuit/hollow roll.
It shit news to hear but I’ve been told by doctors that I need to stop any training that causes my foot to impact with force on the ground. I can’t run & I’m skipping with just my left leg. When I do boxing I’m taking it easy and switching my lower body training regimes up to accommodate this.
It took me 7 years of training to walk limp free. I eventually managed to run 10+miles and the feeling of running like that was incredible. -
I will need to start using more specificity in my training to accommodate my physical condition. -
Being in pain everyday is something that can get you down but at the same time it’s a reminder to keep humility, be grateful and positive.
You need to keep a winning mindset. You can be sad at times of adversity, you can weep and cry but don’t let the negative situation cause permanent negative emotions. You must stay positive you have no choice but to. Do everything you possibly can to fight back and succeed, your path may have changed direction, don’t let your mindset. -
Have purpose, fail and succeed, keep fighting. Make yourself and others proud. Be inspired and inspire others. This is what life’s about, dig deep into your homosapien warrior spirit, where your intuition lays and keep fighting on!
Thanks for reading this far. 😂
