Did rowing today - set a new PB 1000m+ in 5 mins.
Alright so today marks the start of week 3 and I'm planning to take things one step further.
Having done 11 workouts in the past 14 days. I felt like I've gained all this mobility which I previously lacked.
For those you are interested - no I haven't lost any significant weight but that's something I was mentally prepared for.
Too many people start - lose water weight in the first week and start thinking that that's the ideal wt.loss/week.
Except it couldn't be more wrong. The first 1/2 weeks are for your body to endure the shocks and it tries it's best to hold on to your fats thinking this(your Excercise+diet) might be a temporary thing.
It's only after this period that your body realised that this is more of a lifestyle shift and starts utilising energy from glycon stores as well as fat cells in your body.
I believe anyone who has truly been heartbroken often views the world through different eyes. We never want to see anyone hurt and always embrace love as a gift. If someone loves you, don’t ever take it for granted.

To achieve "shreddedness," your body needs to use your stored fat as fuel for exercise. In order to do this, you must burn off your glycogen stores first. When you weight-train, you typically use glycogen as fuel. By doing weight-training first, you can burn the majority of your glycogen stores. Knocking out your cardio after you crush the weights will burn more fat!
