Fitness is training for life. For the groceries you carry in from the car. For the bed you have to move up the stairs. For the dogs you have to lift. For the people you have to turn. For the kids you carry around. For the kids you are chasing today on their Easter Egg hunt. 😘 Don't get me wrong, fitness does play a role in weightloss, but that role isn't what keeps you training. Associating the ease of day to day life while fit; that is what keeps me pressing play, and driving downtown.
