Thinking Thursday Pop Quiz!!🧠 - fill in the blank! This low back muscle, (blank blank), connects your ribs to your pelvis. It frequently gets tight in drumline and hornline🎺 members who experience low back pain while marching. It’s has a quadrilateral shape (big hint!), and is sometimes referred to as a deep abdominal muscle. It performs lateral flexion (aka bending to the side), and gives your pelvis stability for marching. We are working on loosening it up here with @equinoxperc member @little_drummer_girl_ during a break from rehearsal!
