It's not easy to find modern Asian-Fusion cuisine (even for a local) in Castle Hill but tonight I finally discovered one @spidar.restaurant
For dinner a selection of 5 Asian-inspired share plates: -Salt & Pepper Tofu, stuffed with spicy peanut sauce $13.
-Scallop & Leek Udon Gratin, miso & white wine sauce $23. -Baked Gnocchi, tomato chilli ginger, miso herb crumb $18.
-Spicey Eggplant, tossed in chilli bean & ginger sauce $13.
-Octopus Croquettes, sambal XO sauce $14.
All were delicious but my favourite had to be their Scallop & Leek Udon Gratin
What a hidden gem!
