End of week easy chair yoga wrist stretch. For all of you who have been on a computer all week, this is a great way to work out the kinks...also good for preventing carpal tunnel syndrome.
High altar with triceps presses.
Assisted wrist stretches.
Clasp hands flipped wrists.
Flipped wrists on the lap.
Prayer up the back.
Cow face arms.
Open up your wrists, and your planks, chaturangas, down dogs, up dogs, and all arm balances will benefit. Best of all you can do these seated if you're as wiped out as I am by Friday!!!
