The act of mindfulness is minding your thoughts, words, actions, and intentions so as not to cause damage to yourself or others. It is a conversation with yourself from a place of healing and expansion, what blessing is next, and stepping forth to receive it, every minute of every day.
You should be weaving #Mindfulness into your life at ALL points that make you take those long and drawn out sighs of discontent and eye-rolls. Apply it liberally, as needed... and repeat, 4x daily.
The ability to stop it, dead in its tracks , the “Meh” as I call it, — That voice in your head that comes up with the best, 5-star complaints — comes from practicing mindfulness and integrating it into your life! Mindfulness is not a task you tick off the checklist when it’s done, it is the way you move through life.
With every inhale, if you’re not thinking about love, creation, joy, light, crushing your goals, gratitude, what’s next, healing, generosity, what can I do for others, thanking the day and every day, purpose, success, abundance, adventure, or your next big idea — you will exhale everything devoid of that, and it will spill out onto others. #MindYourMess
