This week’s Cheese of the Week from @wintertarn_dairy is Montgomery’s Cheddar. Handmade and clothbound with skill and great care, it’s the standard bearer for traditional West County farmhouse cheddars. Made from the farm’s own raw milk and complex heritage starter cultures, it boasts a golden texture with a deep nutty flavour.
