This is cream cheese ! Unbelievable right . By chef @john_karangis . Wow ! ..................cheese is the 4th most wasted food in America. It makes no sense that the food we love so much is wasted the most. And cheese lasts a very long time so there really isn’t a reason to waste it . Cheese can be used in sauces, bakes , soups , anything! ............finally, cheese can be frozen.

HAPPY FRIDAY! Yummy little breakfast salad for me this morning! Lots of mixed greens with red bell peppers, organic mild cheddar, mashed avocado, and hard boiled eggs topped with sriracha sauce. Drizzling a little bit of @primalkitchenfoods ranch on top! Cooked the eggs for about 7 minutes. Perfect simple breakfast if you ask me. I hope everyone’s morning is starting off just as good as mine!
