Eppie Berry is a chef instructor at the Culinary Institute of the Mediterranean. She is of British origins and has worked in numerous restaurants in the UK. She received intense training in the Italian and Greek cuisines, and since then she has never stopped pursuing the knowledge around the cuisines of the Mediterranean. 체력이 딸려서 내일 고기를 먹기로했다. 삼계탕도 먹고싶고 삼겹살도 땡긴다. 두개 다 먹을까.
당분간 휴일은 푹 쉬기로 했다. 날도 너무 덥고. 무엇보다 휴식이 필요하다. 딱 한 달만 칩거할꺼다.
사실 주말엔 장을 봐야하지만. 쇼핑은 나름 즐겁다. 사실 돈 쓰는게 즐거운거겠지만.ㅋ
어제밤 조카가 놀아달라고 기다리고 있었는데 너무 피곤해서 마사지하면서 뻗어있었더니 쪼그만 손으로 주물러준다. 어라. 제법 시원하네?
인생 7살짜리 마사지를 받을 줄이야. ㅋㅋ

Macarons are one of my favourites to prepare and bake. They take skill, patience and a bit of practice. But once you can make them, you get that same feeling as though you have just passed your driving test!
I make them either at work, or in my free time to treat my family and friends. I have a passion for these delicate treats, the simplicity of them is delectable.
