Chest day was a little different. I usually make the workout up prior to going the gym but today I made it up as I went. I know I what I wanted to focus on so I kinda just went with the flow of how my body was feeling. Chest day routine.
Hammer strength chest press: 6 x 20,20,20,15, 10, 8 (pyramid up each set) + 1 drop set to failure
Flat bench dumbbell flies: 4 x 15 plus a set of 12 incline pushups after each set.
Incline DB press: 3 x 24 (12 reps heavy then cut weight in half and immediately do 12 more reps)
Pec dec flies: 4 x 20 (10 seated reps 10 standing and leaning back reps to Target the lower pec)
Low cable flys: 4 x 12
Cable fly elevations: 4 x 12
