UPPER & MID CHEST MEGA PUMP 🔥
GIVE THESE EXERCISES A SHOT 😡

Last week I promised to share a new exercise I came up with for a sick ass chest pump. HERE IT IS!! 🤩🤩 Check out the first video for something a little unique and super effective for upper chest development. As demonstrated in the video, instead of pressing with both arms I used one arm while the resting arm was holding a constant stretch of the opposing pectoral muscle. The stretch is great for opening up your chest while also increasing blood 🩸 flow resulting in a sick ass pump. Once your working arm reaches failure you take it to the next level by helping yourself with the resting arm to squeeze out another 3 or 4 reps until your chest is toast. This variation is great especially when there is no-one around to spot you. It allows you to spot and help yourself, similarly to having someone assist you through a few extra reps beyond failure. It can be done on a flat incline or decline bench depending on which area of the chest you are targeting. Flat targets the entire chest, incline the upper and decline the lower chest.
The second video is a bonus one for targeting the inner part of the upper chest and for creating great separation between the pecs. Who doesn’t love a little #cleavage 😜

I did 5 Sets for Bench Press - 4 working Sets finishing with a solid 120kg for 6 Reps and then tried the 140kg with the spot of @romeo_streinger for a solid 2 Reps.

Carried on to Incline DB and did 4 Sets finishing with the 50s for 6 Reps which to be fair I could have tried to hit 8.
.
Then DB Fly and Cable Cross were light weight focusing on tension.

I am starting to enjoy this HIT workouts but they only work well with a spot because the purpose is to go heavy. Very high intensity. So thanks @romeo_streinger for the spot 👊🏼

Wieso entstehen Sommerfiguren im Winter?

Fangen wir mal beim wichtigsten Punkt den ich daran nicht verstehe an.Jeder Mensch hat ganz andere Voraussetzungen.Sei es das Startgewicht oder auch was man selbst als eine „Sommerfigur“ ansieht.

Außerdem mache ich ja nicht nur im Winter Sport um dann im Sommer gut auszusehen.Und was macht man dann im Herbst wo man die Figur nicht mehr braucht?Mach ich dann einfach Pause bis zum Winter um da für die nächste Sommerfigur zu trainieren?

Ich finde Sport sollte man nicht machen um eine gewisse Zeit gut auszusehen,sondern weil man seinen Körper liebt und ihm was gut tun möchte.Man sollte Sport machen um sich gut zu fühlen und das 12 Monate im Jahr und nicht nur ein paar Wochen.

Close grip bench Pr at 137.5kg then backed off for a 3/1 at 90%, followed by a 3/3 with chained floor press for those lock out gains . At night smashed a wide stance squat so went up slightly and hit a 5 kg Pr . Backed off with a triple Pr (177.5kg for three ) . Told myself I’d stop procrastinating and just start putting some content out! I’ve got an idea in my head of how I’d like these posts to look. Unfortunately there’s a lack of editing skill in the way atm (promise ya I’m working on it) so until then, let’s just pretend that some nice ass text came flying in from the side of the screen, capturing your attention. “Woah, this guys edits are sick! Looks good yeah? Anyway...was meant to have the other exercises in my chest session here as well but I couldn’t be bothered. I like to keep things simple, I do a flat press, an incline press and a fly. That’s it - really advanced. The reality is that there’s so many variations of each movement out there. This simple approach to structure your chest training can literally keep you busy for years. When you start learning how & why to manipulate variables like volume & tempo you can even keep the exact same exercises in your program and continue to make progress over time (hell boring though). 🥱

I’ve just finished my last week of doing these flat dumbbell presses. I ran these for 10 weeks straight, twice a week as well. I managed to increase the weight by 6kg but now I’d like a change!
