I am usually not one for motivational messages but I think we all need reminders that life gets better. Especially this time of year when depression hits the hardest. Today I am taking the time to purge. When I deep clean my living space I not only clean my physical place but my emotional and mental state of mind. A rebirth if you will. A sense of accomplishment. So I can wake up tomorrow and say to myself that if I could complete all those tasks yesterday I can get through today. It's OK to slack off, it's OK to give in, even if that means months or even years of neglect. Life moves in many different stages so if you feel stuck, just accomplish one task today. Take out your garbage, clean your kitchen, put the clean laundry away, TAKE A SHOWER. If that's all you can do I commend you. I hope just one person takes this and helps themselves.
