The left was 2014, too little food, too much cardio, MISERABLE. The right 2018, four years of hard lessons and reverse dieting, CrossFit 5-6 days a week, and haven’t look at my macros since the beginning of November, HAPPY. *** My fear every January as a nutritionist and personal trainer is that people will again be suckered into “New Year, New You” horse manure slogans. *** Yes I am starting new health and wellness groups the 1st, 7th, and 21st of January with Arbonne BUT there is a catch. *** My goal is to help as many of you as I can. Look better, feel better, and to eat, breathe, and live a healthier lifestyle. What matters most to me at the end of the 30 days is that you look at your plates a little differently, understand how to fuel your body, feed your family a little differently and manage the grocery shopping a little differently. Not just for the 30 days but for the rest of your life!
