Anyway, this is just a bunch of the good stuff. Turmeric overnight oats (added some ground flax seeds and malunggay flakes for that extra nutrient power) topped with goji berries, frozen strawberries, kiwi, peanuts and lol... peanut butter. This one is PUMPKIN SPICE tastes so good together with the turmeric oats! .
1 cup Whole Rolled Oats
1-2 cups (depends on what consistency you desire) soy milk (or any non-dairy milk)
1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
Malunggay flakes (optional)
Ground (or not) Flax Seeds (optional)
MIX ALL TOGETHER AND LEAVE IN THE FRIDGE OVERNIGHT.
In the morning, top with your favorite fruits, seeds and PEANUT BUTTER!!
