My husband is ridiculously SPOILED. I’m very busy today so, I cooked his lunch and asked him to fix his plate. He responds with, “I want what you cooked last night. Is there anymore?” I replied, “ ummm I just cooked your steak and potatoes. Last night’s meal was vegan nachos.” He says, “Well, why did you send me a pic if you didn’t want me to taste it? I’m going to take the steak and potatoes to work for lunch. I want you to make me some nachos to eat now.” I’m feeling some kind of way at this point. Thinking bruh I just cooked you some food and you want what I was planning to eat for lunch today♀️. So, I told him he had to fix his own lunch because I was in the middle of work. He pouts and says, “You shouldn’t spoil me if you can’t keep it up.” I quickly gave the and took all of the ingredients out of the fridge to warm up. He said, “Ok, I can fix it now.” After it’s ready, he calls me into the kitchen to ask if I’m going to take a pic of his plate. He was proud of his display after griping about not knowing how to put the nachos together like I do. When I took the picture he says I was just kidding but I knew he was not. Moral of the story, you can be the sheep and follow blindly or you can be the wolf and lead the pack. When you are hungry you connect with the power invested in you to do what’s never been done. NO EXCUSES! Don’t get so comfortable where you are that you miss your purpose. When the vision is given to you, your hunger should kick in and the hunt for success, elevation, transformation and execution will arise. Shoutout to @gardein for the ultimate beefless ground that meshed perfectly with this quick dish.
