Transformation Tuesday 🙋🏻‍♀️ I’ve been feeling super crappy lately. Struggling to stick to plan, gaining lbs and being to scared to weigh in! But tomorrow I am going to do it and come back strong. Week last Sun; breakfast was “on the go”, I literally grabbed a banana (free), and 2 clementines (speed). Lunch was easy thanks to batch cooking! My own recipe “Roasted Veg Pasta” (free), served with shredded roast chicken (free with fat/skin removed). Recipe for anyone that would like it:
Serves: 4
Syns per serving: Free - 0.5 depending on use of olive oil/low cal spray
Prep: 10 mins
Cook time: 25-30 mins

Ingredients
2 yellow peppers, deseeded, and roughly chopped into chunks
1/2 punnet baby plum tomatoes
2 large courgettes, washed, halved lengthways, and chopped into large chunks
1/2 punnet white mushrooms, washed and roughly chopped in large chunks
500g dried pasta shapes (I used fusilli)
1 tsp garlic granules
1tsp Spicentice Italian Rub (0.5 syns across 4 portions so free)
1 tsp fresh ground black pepper
Low cal cooking spray
Salt to taste
(Optional - for a richer flavour I use 15 spays of olive oil spray (1.5 syns) in place of Low Cal spray, and adjust the syns per serving accordingly)
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees fan, and set a large pan of slightly salted water on to boil.
2. Put all of the veg into a large oven tray, dress with oil/low cal spray, Italian Rub, garlic granules, salt and black pepper
3. Give all the veg a good good mix until thoroughly coated and shake until in an even layer in the tray
4. Pop the veg in the oven and roast for 25 - 30 mins, checking and turning half way
5. Meanwhile, cook the pasta according to packet instructions
6. Drain the pasta, remove the veg from the oven and mix together in a large bowl
7. Check seasoning, and serve hot or cold with choice of fresh salad

Ce weekend j'ai fait de la compote maison ! 😃 Juste en petite quantité pour essayer avant d'en refaire une prochaine fois 😉
J'ai choisi de mélanger les deux pommes préférées : Granby et Punk Lady.
J'ai tout fait cuire avec de la cannelle et de l'anus étoilé, puis j'ai mixé la moitié, et j'ai laissé le reste en morceaux.

Falafel with the best vegan tzatziki sauce in the world! ❤️ This is my favorite dinner, I prepare it once a week and I can't get enough! 🥙 This tzatziki is also great as a veggie dip or on toast. Give it a try! 😊
Falafel:
▪️1 can of chickpeas, rinsed ▪️Handful of fresh parsley
▪️Handful of fresh cilantro ▪️1/2 onion ▪️3 gloves of garlic ▪️2 tbsp flour
▪️Salt and pepper
▪️1/2 tsp cumin
▪️1 tsp baking powder
▪️Pinch of turmeric
▪️Pinch of cayenne pepper
Mix all together in a blender, make small balls and fry in a pan with a thin layer of oil.
Vegan Tzatziki:
▫️1 cup unsweetened soy yoghurt ▫️2 tbsp vegan mayo
▫️2 gloves of garlic, chopped
▫️1/4 of a cucumber, chopped
▫️1 spring onion, chopped ▫️Salt and pepper
▫️1/2 tsp garlic powder
▫️1 tsp of spice for Greek dip (dried garlic, chives, parsley)
▫️Fresh chives and parsley

Gojibeeren (getrocknet-bio) in Wasser etwa ein bis zwei Stunden einweichen.
Dann die aufgeweichten Gojibeeren und die weiteren Zutaten in einem Universalmixer zu einer streichfähigen Creme verrühren.
Die Creme anschließend kühl stellen und innerhalb von 2 Tagen aufbrauchen.

By far one of the best ways to help lose fat but KEEP muscle is to have a high protein intake. Around .8-1g/lb of bodyweight to start.

Too often when dieting people stop lifting heavy & only train high reps. Be sure to keep lifting heavy

🍽️️AVOID MASSIVE DEFICITS🍽️
The only way to lose fat is to be in a deficit, yes, but don’t take that too far & be in a huge one

🏃AVOID TOO MUCH CARDIO🏃
Don’t go live in a treadmill or bike. Don’t do cardio every single day & go overboard. Strength training & nutrition should be the foundation of your progress, not cardio
