Almost two years (few weeks shy) of drinking this superfoods shake daily and it’s still my favorite breakfast EVA!! So easy. So filling. So healthy. Just so good!

Today’s drink was like a orange cream cycle (not so creamy though) using a scoop of vanilla protein, 1/2c of orange juice (plan to try this with actual oranges) spinach water and ice. SO GOOD! And seriously such an easy way to get in 1-2 servings of veggies!!

i try to keep the same foot position & keep my chin towards my chest just like when i do hip thrusts to avoid hyper extending & injuring my lower back •

Salmon dish in 20 minutes
Recipe
Salmon
4 potatoes
Olive oil
Salt
Black pepper
Chili powder
Zaatar
Lemon juice
Rosemary
Mixed herbs
1. Chop potatoes into small cubes
2. Place Salmon and potatoes into a casserole dish.
3. Mix Olive Oil, Chilli powder, Zaatar, Lime Juice, Rosemary, Mixed Herbs, Salt & Pepper together in a bowl.
4. Pour mixture on top of salmon and potatoes.
5. Place in the oven, turn oven on to 220 degrees.
6. Allow to cook for 20 minutes, if you like your salmon & potatoes crispy leave for an extra 5mins.
Mixed together and cook in the oven for 20 minutes

Miren la recetaza que tengo para los mates del domingo !.
🥧Budín de banana y nuez! Uno de mis favoritos! 👇🏼Necesitas:
2 bananas maduras (tamaño mediano)🔸50 ml de aceite neutro🔸1 huevo🔸10 sobres de edulcorante🔸1 cdita de esencia de vainilla🔸120 gr de harina integral🔸50 gr de avena🔸1 cdita de bicarbonato de sodio🔸20 gr de nueces.
Paso a paso 👣:
Precalentar el horno a 160 grados. Procesar las bananas junto con el aceite, el huevo, el edulcorante y la esencia.
Agregar la avena, la harina y el bicarbonato y procesar nuevamente hasta lograr una mezcla homogénea.
Verter ¾ de la preparación en un molde previamente engrasado y forrado con papel manteca.
Cubrir la preparación y decorar con las nueces.
Llevar a horno por 35 minutos o hasta que pase la prueba del palito de brochette.
Dejar entibiar antes de desmoldar. .
