If you want results in anything in life, you must be held accountable. That’s where a coach comes in! Sure, we can read a book health and what to eat to get healthier. But, so often, the missing link to many programs and health theories out there is the term Bio-Individuality! What is that?! Basically we are all made with unique blood chemistry and DNA etc that there simply cannot be a one diet fits all approach. You must have someone who can provide a blue print but make necessary tweaks along the way to accommodate your specific needs. So, buying that book can be a great first step ( never stop learning!) but having someone guide you, hold you responsible, and support you one-in-one is necessary! That is why I often prefer working with clients 1-in-1 as opposed to a group program. Group programs are great for people no question, but I personally feel I hold one-on-one clients more accountable and have more interaction. For me, personally, I committed more when I sought out the help as an individual client. It’s easier to “hide” in a group program sometimes. But, regardless of the program you prefer, a coach can be that vehicle to drive you forward with your personal goal!
