Bridges are a constant inspiration for me. Crossing from one place to another always seeking the next adventure.
It’s been a good week capturing some of my favorite things in NYC.
|ON POINT| There are many experiences in our lives that lead us to the next. But sometimes you see something that harkens you back to the past and is a reminder of how far you’ve come and that your steps are going in the right path. Today was one of those moments.
My denim clutch purse design is now in the hands of an amazing NYC based family owned manufacturer and beginning it’s small production. When leaving my hardware fabricator I was struck by this image visible across an abandoned lot on W28 St. I couldn’t get close and had to shoot through a fence to get it. But the light captured it so perfectly. I’m so glad I took time to take a deep breath and appreciate this incredible moment in my personal journey! Today I have crossed something off my list, today I accomplished something I couldn’t have imagined.
Always stay true and follow your dreams. This water tower may stand alone but it stands tall and captures all the beautiful light.
