Fun fact...I get overwhelmed just like everyone else! Usually I can keep my shiz together and then it hits me like a ton of bricks. I had plans to workout and run this morning and all of a sudden it dawned on me how much homework I have. *Cue the meltdown* .

So I decided to skip the run this morning and listen to two online lectures and do my at home workout. I feel a teeny tiny bit better knowing I made a small dent in my to do list and that run will have to wait until after work.

Finally feeling a bit better from my cold & tweaked hip! Knocked out a short ab program with a slow ☝️ mile walk today! Hallelujah! 🙌🏻 I’ve been really focusing on my nutrition & taking it day by day with my workouts. All upper body weights & tons of abs. I’ve missed my cardio & Hiit training, but you’ve got to listen to your body!
Feeling great! ⭐️ Old version of me would have turned my self pity into emotional stress eating & then I’d regret it because my stomach issues would explode 💥 Just not worth it! Must take care of me for me & for my family!

If you really want something you are going to make it happen.
People are so quick to say "I really want to know what you're doing." or "you look amazing and so happy." But, once I say "You can do this too!" I swear people are like wait what me??? No way. .

The first and most popular thing i hear is.....
"It's too expensive, I don't have money."

Yep. I get it! One of my biggest struggles is MONEY... I've struggles with it for sometime now. But I knew I wanted to become the BEST version of myself and I knew that in order to do so I had to put my health and fitness first. .

Financial limitations can often make us feel like we don’t have any options when it comes to working out and getting healthy. I was there people..... 🙋🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️
Yes gym memberships are expensive i know this too I have a gym membership. I also have at home workouts that help me stay on track 24/7! .

I just have no words looking at this. In January I said enough is enough. I couldn’t tie my shoes without losing my breath. I couldn’t climb stairs without being winded. I couldn’t wear tank tops. I couldn’t wear shorts. (I could but I was terribly uncomfortable in them.) Here we are.. October. I feel absolutely amazing. I can tie my shoes. I can run 5ks. I can chase my kids. I wear whatever I want. I still eat what I want. I do not take anything out of my diet. I am so happy.
Anyone can do this. Go ahead. Try. Don’t let your excuses be bigger than your happiness.

#HAPPYFRIDAY ✨ As you’ve probably heard me say before, health and fitness is all about BALANCE

Before my coaching days I didn’t know anything about nutrition. I was overeating and didn’t know it. My diet wasn’t balanced and I wasn’t eating from all food groups. I’d order takeout after going to the gym because I “earned it”

I have to say, these online boot camps have really made me tune into my nutrition. Do I still get the occasional McMuffin for breakfast? Of course. But are most of my meals bang on throughout the week? Yes! (A small victory I didn’t know all too well a few months ago)

It’s okay to have a cheat meal or a cheat day from time to time. You don’t have to stop living your life because of a meal plan. You make the meal plan work for you, not the other way around

Because of my accountability group I can speak honestly and say, “meh, I had a McMuffin for breakfast today” and receive no judgment for it. We all have great days, and we all have to enjoy ourselves (and our cravings) on occasion as well

Am I going to eat well for the rest of the day? You bet! In the meantime, I’m going to enjoy the heck out of this bacon and egg delight 😍

1. Tener un diario de emociones. Escuchar nuestras emociones puede darnos muchos detalles sobre nosotros mismos, otras personas o distintas situaciones, se trata de una técnica para facilitar el autoconocimiento. Ser conscientes de nuestro estado emocional, conocer cuales son las emociones que más se repiten, analizarlas, etc. puede facilitar nuestro autoconocimiento en la vida diaria y también en la laboral.
2. Este ejercicio nos permite ver por una parte quienes somos en este momento y quienes queremos llegar a ser. Lo más importante es decidir cómo vamos a conseguir llegar a ser las personas que deseamos, cuál es nuestra estrategia al respecto. Realizaremos este ejercicio, por tanto, incluyendo en una hoja quienes somos, en otra quienes queremos llegar a ser, y cómo vamos a hacerlo. Podemos complementar este ejercicio con un feedback por parte de los demás para conocer cómo nos ven otras personas. 
3. Crear DOFA Personal. Al igual que si analizásemos nuestra posible empresa o idea empresarial, en este análisis vas a poder detectar tus debilidades / amenazas y fortalezas /oportunidades. Para ello has de tener en cuenta que estás valorando tus caracterísiticas tanto internas como externas o de la situación. En el apartado interno, para el que utilizarás una hoja, deberás indicar tus debilidades y fortalezas, lo que consideras que te diferencia y los puntos débiles que tienes.
A nivel externo analizaremos las amenazas y oportunidades que pueden perjudicarte o ayudarte en el cumplimiento de tus objetivos.
Todas herramientas pueden ayudarte en la difícil andadura de conocerte a ti mismo. Si lo consigues sabrás cómo sacar partido a tus fortalezas y como minimizar tus debilidades.

I never knew the answer to this question... now I do!

This has been my 2nd move in as many months, and I now realise the important role stability - and roots - play in my life.

When I was living a transient life, I didn’t realise it, but I started to let doubt & fear creep in: I wasn’t building my business on stable ground (I didn’t have a home to build from).
.
I’ve been in my new home 1 week & I am sleeping better, more effective in my work-hours and interestingly I am also feeling more capable to take on the big tasks again!
