NEGRONI # 3: I think I’m now at the point with my Instagram where I can regram myself without too much cringing.
So, because I’m lazy, and because I still think this colour looks nice, here’s a #Negroni riff I made for last year’s #NegroniWeek. And because I’m ESPECIALLY lazy, the original text follows...
This riff was first created by @jonnyraglin of @comstocksaloon and swaps out gin altogether for twice as much spicy Rye Whiskey, balancing it out with dry vermouth rather than sweet, and offering quite the kick.

Stir all ingredients with ice and strain into a glass. Garnish with lemon peel.
