It's that time of the year. The #worldclassindia selections are underway and we are a few days away from the best mixologist representing us in the global finals in Berlin. I have my favorites here but then again each and every finalist has somewhere sometime made cocktail memroies for me. At #diageoindia's #responsiblebartending session with thier global ambassador @laurenmote who engaged us about the subtle messages this platform retells with every year, it was so much more than just cocktails and creations. Thanks @walkingonwalker for making this sustainable sour which was made using indigenous produce from India, the citrus peel sherbet and the turmeric jaggery was a hit and such an expected innovation. I learnt how to make that sherbet and I'm going to cover it on my IGTV soon. It's a keeper. Looking forward to the winners!
