Today’s full day of eating 🥳
Breakfast- 3 eggs, English muffin, kiwi fruit, yoghurt and a coffee
Lunch- kangaroo sausages, veggies and gravy
Dinner- beef strog, peas and a big pile of sour cream
Snacks- apples, kiwi fruit, yoghurt, nut bar, corn thins with vegemite and strawberry jam, boysenberry drumstick and another coffee ☕️✔️
There’s a common misconception that flexible dieters only fill up their macros with foods like burgers, ice cream, etc. but the reality is, majority of our diet consists of whole foods. However, we don’t restrict the foods we love! .
Flexible dieting is just that-it’s flexible. I’m a massive ice cream lover so there’s no way I could stick to a diet that fully restricted ice cream, I’d probably go insane 🙃 this method of eating helps me eat all the things I enjoy, while still reaching my goals. ✌️
