This week we talked about living in a state of gratitude. I shared how this very simple concept isn’t always so simple, but it’s a total game changer for us personally and our businesses when we can tap into it.
I can’t even begin to describe the gratitude I have for these women for trusting me, supporting me and joining me on a mission to lock arms as women entrepreneurs to serve our communities in a bigger way.
It’s only been a month and we are already 53 strong and growing. If you are local to the Wake Forest/Raleigh area, we would love for you to see why we are not your typical networking group. Bloom Wake Forest is focused on empowering women to bloom into their purpose. We aren’t focused on sales and referrals, we are focused on growth and connections and making a difference. Click on the link in my bio or DM me to learn more. We would love to have you (Not pictured but equally appreciated @sarahboultonbeauty )
Today I met someone who inspired me to come travel India on a budget! He has a channel called "Gabriel Traveler" on YouTube, where he gives tips on budget travel as he has been traveling South Asia for at least the last 5 years! I watched his videos for at least a year before I came, and for some reason, I had a feeling I would run into him.. I watched today walking through the streets of Rishikesh, I see him, and ask his name.. and he says "Gabriel!" Super stoked to have met him, as he was a major inspiration to me! Follow his channel and Instagram @gabrieltraveler! It's an honour to have met you! Thanks for everything! Om
Caregivers need connection too! Caring for a loved one is truly beautiful, kind and loving, but being aware of the impact it has on the caregiver and how we might be able to support is essential to not creating further stress.
So much fun at class this morning. Lots of giggles but also LOTS of hard work. These mums TOTALLY ROCKED IT. Seriously impressed with the effort these amazing ladies put in to their workout this morning. Everyone left happy, energised and empowered for the day! Making sure you have some YOU TIME is crucial. Happy mummies = happy babies. -
