Çhocolate Bundt Cake,delicious!
Çikolatalı Kek
225 g tereyağ
2 1/4 cup un (300g)
3/4 cup kakao (75g)
1 çay kaşığı karbonat
1 fiske tuz
1/2 cup süt
1/2 cup krem fresh
1 1/2 cup şeker(250g)
4 yumurta
1 çay kaşığı vanilya özütü
1 adet kek kalıbı

Üzerinin Cilası İçin:
75 ge bitter çikolata,doğranmış
1/2 cup taze krema
2 çorba kaşığı tereyağ

Fırını 160 derece ısıtın.

Bir kapta;un,kakao,tuz ve karbonatı karıştırın.
Süt ve krem fresh’i bir kapta karıştırın.
Tereyağ ve şekeri mikserle çırpın.Yumurtaları teker teker ekleyin (her yumurtadan sonra çırpın sonra diğerini ekleyin).Mikserin hızını düşürün un ve süt karışımını bitene kadar dönüşümlü ekleyin.Bu aşamada sadece karışana kadar çırpın.
Karışımı kalıba dökün,üzerini düzeltin.Isıttığınız fırında 50-55 dakika pişirin.
Pişen keki 10 dakika soğutun(keki daha fazla kalıpta bırakmayın, nemlenerek kalıptan çıkması zorlaşır).Kenarlarını bıçak yardımıyla sıyırın ve keki ters yüz ederek kalıptan çıkartın.

Çikolatayı bir kaba koyun.Kremayı kaymama derecesinde ısıtın.Kremayı çikolatanın üzerine dökün ve tereyağını ekleyin.Eriyen çikolatayı pürüzsüz olana kadar karıştırın ve kekin üzerine dökün.Üzerini arzu ettiğiniz şekilde süsleyin veya sade bırakın.

I made this in less than 10 minutes and kinda just wung (wang?😂) it whilst attempting to utilize leftover groceries in the morning before skatin out of our air bnb


How you do dis 🖖🏽 • acquire some rice. (I set aside some wild rice from the night before, before adding it to the pineapple stir fry) ps can also use oats if you don’t like cookin rice or don’t have any on hand.
• put the rice in a small pot over the stove at about level 6 and add half a can or a full can of coconut milk (my fav) •add 5 or 6 sliced mini bananas or 2 regular ones •add spalsh of vanilla, some cinnamon, nutmeg, or whatever else you’ve got.. I added some reishi mushroom powder 😎
•add walnuts, pumpkin or chia seeds if ya like •stir it, cover and let it sit, and cook till it reaches a consistency that you vibe with ✨

Domingo de Pineapple pancakes🤤🍍🥞 Van a necesitar : ✔️ 1 1/2 taza de piña triturada
✔️ Edulcorante al gusto. ✔️1 cdita de bicarbonato de sodio.
✔️1/2 cdita de sal

✔️1 1/2 tazas de harina Integral. ✔️ Vainilla + canela al gusto.
Procedimiento : 💥En un bowl grande mezclar la piña triturada,el edulcorante ,bicarbonato, sal, y los huevos. 💥Poco a poco agregar la harina hasta alcanzar la textura deseada. 💥Calentar un sarten antiadherente a fuego medio-alto. 💥Verter la mezcla. Cuando las burbujas comienzan a formarse en la parte superior, dar la vuelta y cocinar el otro lado hasta que estén doradas.

POSNA COKOLADNA TORTA ( za 2 tortice )

Za koru je potrebno : -150 g badema ( ili bilo kojeg orasastog ploda po zelji) -1 supena kasika kokosa
-10-15 urmi ili suvih sljiva (u zavisnosti koliko volite da je slatko)
-prstohvat soli
-1 cajna kasikica ekstrata vanile
-2 supene kasike kokosovog ulja - U coperu ili blenderu prvo samleti bademe pa zatim ubaciti sve ostale sastojke,pa mleti dok masa ne postane kompaktna,masu podeliti na dva jednaka dela,po deo mase ubaciti u 2 pripremljenja kalupa i prstima utisnuti na dno,da se formira kora,staviti u frizider dok pripremate fil.

Za fil je potrebno: -2 zrela avokada
-125 ml meda
-1 cajna kasikica vanil ekstrata
-prstohvat soli
-65 ml otopljenog kokosovog ulja
-3 cajne kasikice kakao praha (ili vise po zelji) ( po zelji u fil se moze dodati topljena posna cokolada,voce itd) - Sve sastojke ubaciti u blender i mutiti dok se ne dobije gladak fil,zatim fil izliti u vec pripremljene kalupe,ukrasiti po zelji i vratiti u frizider na hladjenje minimun 4-6 sati.

Non è la solita ricetta light ma è un dolce che amo particolarmente perché ha il sapore del pranzo della domenica in famiglia❣️

Dieta non significa rinuncia, ma saper scegliere cibi GIUSTI, di quantità e qualità. •••
Un dolce al cucchiaio tipico piemontese la cui particolarità sta nella modalità di cottura, in quanto a differenza del classico budino è cotto in forno a bagno-maria

🍮Mezzo litro di Latte 🍮5 Uova
🍮120g Zucchero 🍮20g di cacao amaro
🍮100g di amaretti
🍮Una stecca di vaniglia 👩‍🍳Mettete 2-3 cucchiai di zucchero in uno stampo per budino e passatelo sul fuoco: quando lo zucchero sarà sciolto e dorato fatelo scorrere per velare fondo e parti.
Bollite nel frattempo il latte con la vaniglia.
In una terrina amalgamate zucchero e cacao, aggiungete sempre mescolando, le uova, gli amaretti pestati e, infine, il latte bollente passato al colino.
Cuocere a bagno-maria in forno già caldo a 200 gradi per un oretta.

If you’re looking to cut back on carbs, a very easy swap is replacing traditional pasta with spaghetti squash.

For those that wonder where the name comes from, after roasting and shredding, the squash has the appearance of... you guessed it, spaghetti.

At only 7 grams of carbohydrates per 100 grams of squash, it is a much bigger bang for your caloric buck than pasta.

I promise that although the taste and texture are different than regular spaghetti, the flavor is spot on.
