Matrinxã é o meu xodó, meu peixe preferido. Peixe de rio tem o seu valor né?!?

Matrinxã recheada com banana pacovã e farinha do uarini hidratada no leite de côco 🥥

📝 ingredientes
.
📌 1 peixe limpinho e sem espinhos (já compro tratadinho na banca) 📌 1L leite de côco 📌 2 bananas pacovã maduras 📌 1 cebola roxa pequena e picada 📌 1/2 K de farinha do Uarini 📌 2 colheres de sopa de manteiga 📌 1 dente de alho amassado 📌 sal e pimenta do reino a gosto 📌 1 colher de sopa de cheiro verde picado 📌 suco de 2 limões grandes

👩🏽‍🍳 preparo
.
Lavar bem o peixe com água corrente e deixar marinando com suco de limão e sal por 10 min, depois passo ligeiramente p peixe na água corrente pra tirar uma pouco dessa marinada. Reserve
.
Hidratar a farinha do Uarini no leite de côco por 30 min. Enquanto isso picar as bananas e levar à frigideira bem quente com um pouquinho de manteiga. Quando estiverem douradas tire-as da frigideira e Reserve. Em outra panela, faça um refogado com a manteiga, alho e a cebola, acrescente a farinha hidratada e deixe-a torrar, não pode parar de mexer senão queima. Acrescente a banana, o cheiro verde, sal e pimenta do reino. Está pronta a farofa! .
Rechear o peixe com a farofa e envolvê-lo no papel alumínio. Levar ao forno bem quente para assar por 1 hora a 180° .

I love Spanish Rice but no one ever made it like my Mom, so I had to learn how to make it just like she does. I had to watch her closely, because just like me, she doesn't write down recipes!
I've been practicing but it takes me awhile to go back and write down what I just made, so here we are. 😅

I enjoy Spanish Rice on it's own but recently added it to the Chicken Tortilla Soup I made earlier this week. 🍜

My favorite meal is very delicious. It is one of the heritage foods of my Syria, which has a cup of whole wheat grains and a cup of brown lentil. The lentil is rich in minerals and iron, and is important for vegetarians because it is a vegetarian protein. It is topped with virgin olive oil with a purple cabbage salad or lettuce salad with tomatoes.

Tutti avremo assistito allo spettacolo deprimente di una fetta di carne che, mentre cuoce in padella, si restringe e diventa molto più piccola:quella è carne gonfiata con ormoni. L’uso degli ormoni nell’allevamento causa diversi squilibri nel corpo degli animali e può avere diverse conseguenze, da malfunzionamenti nelle caratteristiche sessuali (come la sterilità) all’eccessivo accumulo di acqua nei tessuti. In Italia sono illegali (in paesi come l’America, essi sono permessi dalla legge): come mai spesso si usano ugualmente?
